Hi! I’m Astrid Sapphire - an Automation Architect and Engineer based in Australia. My bread-and-butter platforms are ServiceNow, UiPath, and Microsoft’s Power Apps/Platform/Logic Apps. I’ve been working professionally in the ServiceNow platform and Digital Process Automation for 4 years, and have experience from the customer and consultancy perspectives. Working in such a rapidly shifting and developing environment across many business scales has taught me a lot, and this is information and knowledge I would like to pay forward.

I was named as a ServiceNow Developer MVP for 2023, and am eager to continue to work with the incredible people I’ve met through this platform and to continue to give back to the community.
